Deliveries and shipping costs
All orders confirmed by Viganò Alta Moda Srl will be delivered by TNT to the shipping address that you have specified when placing the order.
Delivery costs are indicated in the order total and on the Shipping page.
In-store pick-up or home delivery is also possible for selected areas at no extra cost.
Payment Systems
Viganò Alta Moda Srl proposes various payment methods that can be freely chosen: credit card, payment on delivery (cash on delivery), bank transfer in advance, Paypal, Google Pay.
Application
All orders placed through the Internet to Viganò Alta Moda Srl, are regulated by these General Conditions of Sale, formulated in compliance with the current regulations on contracts concluded outside of business premises. By submitting an order you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these General Conditions of Sale Viganò Alta Moda Srl reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on this website. The General Conditions of Sale applicable are those in force at the time the order is placed.

When registering on this website, you will be asked to choose a password. This password is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. You assume full responsibility for the use of your password and for all orders transmitted with this password, even if without your knowledge. If you know or suspect that someone else knows or is using your password we ask you to inform Viganò Alta Moda Srl immediately.
Orders and Prices
By transmitting an order through this website, you undertake to purchase the products you have selected, in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale. The order transmitted to this website does not constitute a binding obligation until Viganò Alta Moda Srl sends you confirmation by e-mail. The prices applicable for the products ordered by you are those that appear on this site on the date on which you transmitted the order. These prices include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and are specified separately.
Viganò Alta Moda Srl reserves the right, at its own discretion, to refuse orders, especially in the case of previous payment problems. Viganò Alta Moda Srl reserves the right to modify its prices and shipping costs at any time and to cancel an order in the event of an error in prices or in the declaration of product availability.
Invoice or Fiscal Document
The tax document will be sent with the parcel containing the purchased products.
If you need a VAT invoice, you must enter your details to request it before payment.
Verification of Goods
It is your responsibility to check the quantity and good condition of the goods upon delivery. In the event that you find that the goods are damaged or do not conform to the quantities ordered, you must report this to the carrier and sign the delivery document with reserve as well as inform VIGANO' ALTA MODA within 7 days of delivery. VIGANO' ALTA MODA will in this case provide, after verification, for the replacement of the missing or damaged goods, according to your order.
Disputes and complaints
Any requests for information or complaints can be sent to the e-mail info@vigano1919.it. Please specify in the subject line what the complaint is about.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to refuse the goods ordered and found not to be in conformity with your expectations for various reasons, by notifying VIGANO' ALTA MODA SRL (official name of the website and brand Viganò Milano 1919) within 14 days from receipt of the same. VIGANO' ALTA MODA SRL will only accept returns of goods in exactly the same state as they were received and preferably in their original packaging accompanied by the relative fiscal document.
In the event that the returns have been made in accordance with what has been described above, VIGANO' ALTA MODA SRL will refund the price of the returned goods and the relative shipping costs invoiced on the same means of payment used, within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the return.
Shipping costs for the return of goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Customs Regulations
When you order goods to be delivered to a country other than Italy, you are considered an authorised importer and as such must comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country where you receive the goods.
You may be subject to import duties or taxes when the goods arrive in your country. Additional customs clearance costs are your responsibility. We have no control over these costs and do not know their amount. Customs policy varies from country to country and you should contact your local customs for more information.
