In the event that the items received are damaged or do not conform to the quantities ordered, you may report this to the carrier and sign the delivery note with reservation and inform us within 7 days of delivery.
In this case we will, after verification, replace any missing or damaged goods in accordance with your order.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to reject goods ordered that do not meet your expectations by notifying us within 14 days of receipt.
We will only accept returns of goods in the same condition as received, with any gift wrapping received and preferably in the original packaging. Please place the tax receipts you have received inside the package.
In the event that returns have been made in accordance with the above, we will refund the price of the returned goods and the associated shipping costs within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the return.
You shall bear the transport costs for the return of the goods.
