Shipping policy
All orders confirmed by VIGANO' ALTA MODA SRL will be delivered by TNT with rapid delivery in 1 working day (excluding islands), except for delays due to contingent situations in which the TNT courier may find itself, to the shipping address specified by you at the time the order is sent.
For amounts equal to or greater than € 150.00 including VAT, shipping costs in Italy are free.
For smaller amounts, shipping costs are €8 (excluding umbrellas and walking sticks, for which shipping costs are €10).
We reserve a maximum of two days to prepare your order. Should you need to receive it the day after ordering, please contact us before proceeding with payment.
Any returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
